THE GIG
// Locate prospective &pizza shop locations within assigned geographic areas by building relationships
with the real estate community. Prepare and implement market studies on the feasibility of locations
according to established guidelines, procedures, and policies
// Travel to different markets and drive the assigned territory to evaluate locations and determine the best
opportunities; organize + facilitate tours with leadership
// Prepare, analyze, and assist with lease evaluation packages, including proforma and financial reports
// Negotiate LOIs, leases, lease renewals and amendments in partnership with brokers and attorneys, and
coordinate key decisions with internal stakeholders
// Manage the day-to-day pipeline activity to maintain on time schedules and deal timelines
// Facilitate approximately 15-20 new &pizza shops each year while working with other members of the
Development team in overseeing projects from identifying a site to post-opening responsibilities, ensure all
phases of projects are expedited and risks minimized, controlling the critical path of all transactions
// Oversee lease administration along with our accounts payable and legal team
// Provide required materials for weekly Real Estate Committee meetings, regular strategy meetings, etc.
// Interface with internal stakeholders across legal, finance, operations, and other functions to ensure
cross-functional compliance and optimization of legal documentation
// Coordinate with shop design and construction teams from inception to post shop opening
// Participate in virtual and on-site support meetings as needed
REQUIREMENTS
// 3-5 years of experience in Commercial Real Estate
// Bachelors' degree, preferably in a business or quantitative discipline including but not limited to finance
or real estate
// A strategic and ambitious thinker who is excited to continue growing the &pizza brand
// A strong negotiator who is familiar with the economics and legal side of tenant focused lease
negotiations
// Strong experience in LOI and lease negotiation processes
// Dynamic analytical mindset with financial modeling and forecasting
// Excellent interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills
// Strong industry network including developers, brokers, and major landlords/REITs
// Ability to travel 40% of the time
