Shift : 7:00 AM - 4:00 PM


  • Supports inbound and/or outbound logistics processes and planning to ensure smooth material and information flow throughout the entire supply chain as required.
  • Leads project team(s) in analyzing, interpreting and documenting logistics processes and information and making recommendations for process changes and/or improvements.


  • Coordinates with unit logistics operations or coordinates unit logistics operations, other functional areas and 3rd party logistics providers to ensure that network operations are fully functional and aligned with company initiatives.
  • Maps current and proposed logistic processes, to include the design of new processes, networks and distribution modes, analyzing data, identifying gaps and recommending solutions for continuous improvement.
  • Acts as a resource for company or factory logistics groups, unit operations, and suppliers as problems, questions and concerns arise regarding logistical processes.
  • Coordinates factory logistic requirements with Worldwide Logistics department.
  • Develops and maintains processes to support strategic unit, division and/or enterprise logistics initiatives.
  • Leads cross functional teams in support of daily logistics activities.
  • Coaches and counsels’ other employees to promote employee development and professional growth.
  • Develop and maintain the replenishment strategies for material at the product line and factory levels.
  • This includes working within the SAP MRP system to systematically deliver parts to the production line on time, to the correct using location and in the correct packaging.
  • You will work cross functionally with Operations, Engineering and Supply Management resources to identify and resolve material availability issues.
  • Analyze replenishment strategies to improve part presentation and efficiencies to the production line while minimizing inventory and material handling costs.
  • Develop and execute material flow strategies to ensure material availability and to meet unit goals
  • Work with OFP manufacturing engineers on work center design to support material replenishment and OFP Supply Management to align supplier replenishment processes.
  • Manage and execute systematic material replenishment changes of factory projects such as new product introduction programs.
  • Support Continuous Improvement process (CI) changes so part availability to the production line supports design changes and product improvements in a timely manner.
  • Support factory changes in continuous improvement process, Kaizen events, and material flow processes to improve replenishment methods.


  • Bachelor’s degree in a Business/Management, Engineering/Technology, Supply Management discipline or equivalent experience

What Skills You Need:

  • 1 or more years of experience in material flow, factory operations, Manufacturing Engineering or Supply Management.
  • Strong ability to analyze data and determine the root cause.
  • Strong knowledge of SAP (IM/WM, Production Planning, Materials Management).
  • Experience with material flow and SAP replenishment processes.
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office applications.
  • Skill in interpersonal communications, negotiation, and conflict resolution.
  • What makes you stand out:
  • Demonstrated ability to develop and improve internal processes
  • Experience with Data Management tools such as Tableau and/or Power BI.
  • Experience leading process changes on the unit level or equivalent project management experience
  • Experience in factory shop floor operations
  • Experience with Lean Manufacturing, Just-in-Time, Kanban, Demand Flow Technology

Job Types: Full-time, Temporary

Salary: $28.00 - $30.00 per year
