MEDITERRANEAN GRILL was established in 2004 and is one of the best restaurants in Helena Montana. We make everything from scratch with the freshest ingredients and as authentic as possible.
Let our flavors to take you to the Mediterranean countries from Spain, France, Italy, Greece, Turkey, Middle East and Northern Africa to Morocco.

APPLICANTS will be responsible for all kitchen functions including food purchasing, preparation, and maintenance of quality standards; sanitation and cleanliness; training of employees in methods of cooking, preparation, plate presentation, portion and cost control and sanitation and cleanliness.


  • Certification from an accredited culinary institution and/or verifiable experience working under an ACF certified Executive Chef.
  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in varied kitchen positions including food preparation, line cook, fry cook, and expediter.
  • Must be able to communicate clearly with managers, kitchen and dining room personnel and guests.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

This is a hands on position and would be perfect for a current sous chef looking to expand his/her responsibilities and growth potential.
