Essential Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for internal and external product development projects as part of the Envipco product road map.
  • Manage projects from specifications to product release including budget responsibility
  • Train, develop and mentor Engineering personnel by setting goals and priorities individually and for the team.
  • Manage and provide support to Supply Chain by addressing application questions with the global Procurement team.
  • Write process procedures for assembly of components
  • Daily interaction with the ERP system and Solidworks PDM
  • Participate in companywide continuous improvement and similar quality efforts to help grow the operation
  • Work with all functional disciplines in the organization to facilitate meeting production requirements
  • Detailing of mechanical/electrical component designs in Solidworks and AutoCAD and to drafting standards
  • Participate in Root Cause Analysis and implementation of Corrective Actions
  • Drive continuous improvement activities throughout the organization
  • Other duties as assigned

Qualifications & Education

  • BSME or equivalent in related Engineering or Technology degree; or equivalent work experience
  • Technical expertise in Solidworks 3d and AutoCAD 2d
  • Experience in Microsoft 365 suite
  • Ability to read and decipher drawings, procedures, and GD&T
  • Demonstrate the ability to work independently as well as collaborate in a group setting
  • Strong ability to lead projects
  • Ownership and accountability for areas of responsibility is essential.
  • MUST be able to read/write English
