Job description

Position summary

We seek applicants who are positive, professional, and able to move from one call to another while making the caller feel as if s/he is the most important caller of the day.


You are required to have:

  • A minimum of one year of experience working in a customer service related field
  • An understanding of excellent customer care concepts
  • Proficiency with computer skills (internet browser, email, ability to learn new software)
  • Good communication skills both written and oral
  • Ability to communicate professionally with customers
  • Ability to handle private and confidential information
  • A work ethic that demonstrates dependability
  • Ability to be thorough and complete in tasks

Additional preferred qualifications:

  • Work experience in a call center
  • Good conflict resolution skills


We currently have the following full-time shifts available:

  • Tuesday through Saturday from 11 am to 7 pm
  • Sunday through Thursday from 11 am to 7 pm


This is a work from home position.
